No Exchanges Allowed

All purchases of event tickets and digital passes are final. INTELLECTUAL CONCEPTS does not allow exchanges for another event, date, or category once the purchase is completed.

Organizer-Initiated Changes

In the rare event that an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly altered by the organizer, customers will be notified via the email address provided at the time of purchase. Any available alternatives (such as rescheduled dates or replacement passes) will be communicated directly.

Important Note

Once purchased, tickets and passes are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Please ensure accuracy before completing your purchase.
