Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing tickets, registering, or using any services from INTELLECTUAL CONCEPTS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Cancellation, Refund, Return, and Exchange Policies.
Ticket & Digital Pass Usage
- All ticket and digital pass purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable.
- Passes are valid only for the specific event, date, and category purchased.
- Passes are non-transferable. Sharing, reselling, or duplicating passes is strictly prohibited and may result in denial of entry.
- The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate information at the time of purchase.
Event Changes & Organizer Rights
INTELLECTUAL CONCEPTS reserves the right to change, reschedule, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, affected customers will be notified via the email address provided at purchase, and applicable alternatives (such as rescheduled dates) will be communicated.
Liability Disclaimer
INTELLECTUAL CONCEPTS is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from event cancellations, delays, technical issues, or any circumstances beyond our control. Entry to the event is subject to security and venue regulations, and customers are responsible for complying with all event rules.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
